Information we collect
We collect personal information from service providers as well as consumers. Service providers and consumers are required to create an account to gain access to certain Projectquote features. When you using Projectquote you may provide information about you or your business, including name, business name, contact phone number, contact email address, and payment information related to any transactions. Businesses may also be asked to provide reference information.
Use of cookie data
When you visit Projectquote, we may assign multiple cookies to enhance your online experience. We may also collect information about your online activity, including what pages on our website that you visited. You can access cookie settings in your browser to enable or disable cookies. Please note that if you disable cookies, some of Projectquote website services may not be available.
We store usage log data for all Projectquote users. This data may include your IP address, operating system, location, carrier, device type, browser type, search terms, referring webpages, upstream and downstream web locations.
If you provide location information at any while using Projectquote services, we may store that information by relating your IP address to an approximate geographic location. If you are access Projectquote services via a mobile device, we may store that information directly from your mobile device depending on your device location settings.

You may access Projectquote by logging via your Facebook account. To login via facebook, you will need to enter your Facebook password and Facebook email. You will be prompted to grant Projectquote permission to access and collect your Facebook information. We will only access information that you have made available to share. Please refer to Facebook privacy policies to manage your shared information.
We may allow select third parties to advertise on our site. Third parties serviced provideers, advertising networks, and other marketing services. These companies may collect information about Projectquote users in an effort to determine user engagement. This data helps them understand advertising metrics and enhance their ad placements.

When you consent to Projectquote to share your information. For example, if you choose to receive a quote for your services, we may provide your information to local service professionals. Service professionals will then provide a quote, in addition to the quote provided by Projectquote.
Projectquote Third Party Service Providers
We may utilize third party service providers to help us administer, provide and improve the Services and these providers have access to your personally identifiable information only as necessary to perform services for us (e.g., we may share your credit/debit card information with our third party transaction processors only as necessary to complete your purchase, or we may utilize third party service providers to provide you with targeted messaging and advertising and these providers have access to your information only as necessary to provide these offers).
Investigations and Law
We may disclose information in connection with efforts to investigate, prevent, or take other action with regard to illegal activity, suspected identity theft, suspected fraud, or other illegal acts. We may disclose information in connection to any violation of our Terms, policies, or other agreements. We may disclose information to collect any amounts owed to Projectquote.
If we are party to a substantial business transaction, such as sale of Projectquote, a merger, a divestiture, reorganization, bankruptcy, or other business transaction, we may share your information with a third party.
Additional Privacy Information
Changing Information; Closing Account
To change or delete your information, you may login to your account and modify or remove specified information that resides in your account. If you want to delete your account, please contact us at email@example.com. Please note that although Projectquote will remove your account within a reasonable time after receiving your request, information that you chose to provide in a public area of the Services may remain in accounts of users with whom such information has been shared, and Projectquote may retain and use information in backup/archival copies for our records as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect or store any personally identifiable information about persons under the age of 13. If we learn that we have collected personally identifiable information of a child under 13, we will take steps to delete such information from our files as soon as practicable.
We use commercially reasonable security measures to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. For example, when you enter sensitive information (such as a credit card number) on our order forms, we encrypt the transmission of that information using secure socket layer (SSL) technology. However, no method of transmitting information over the Internet or storing information is completely secure. Accordingly, we cannot guarantee the protection of any information shared with us.
Your California Privacy Rights
Section 1798.83 of the California Civil Code permits California residents to request from a business, with whom the California resident has an established business relationship, certain information about the types of personal information the business has shared with third parties for those third parties' direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of the third parties with whom the business has shared such information during the immediately preceding calendar year.
